1. We use WeChat and mobile phone numbers as our account system. When you use WeChat to log in to JINGSHERS, we will collect your unique WeChat ID, profile picture, and nickname to save your login information, so that you can synchronize your data when logging in with different devices.
2. When you bind JINGSHERS Bluetooth devices, we will collect your device model, unique device identifier, and MAC address to provide the function of binding JINGSHERS Bluetooth devices.
3. When you use online music services, we collect your music playback records so that you can view your playback history. We will also collect information about the songs you have added to your playlist, so that you can play the music you are interested in more easily and quickly.
4. When you use the local song feature, we will collect your iTunes downloaded list or locally stored music files to provide local song playback functionality.
5. When you use the voice assistant function, we will collect the voice information you input using the microphone. If you need to use the voice assistant to make phone calls, we will also collect your contact information. The purpose of collection is to identify the information you input in order to provide corresponding services. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to use the above functions, but it does not affect your normal use of JINGSHERS's other services.
6. When you use the update avatar function, we will collect the albums or photos you upload or take to replace the current avatar for you.
7. Obtain the name and PID of the currently running process of the application, which is used to determine the ANR status of the current process, troubleshoot crash issues, and help improve the stability of the APP. We only read, do not save to the local, and do not upload to the server.

3、 What device permissions do we need to enable
1. Location permissions:
Used to search and connect the Bluetooth of the earphones through the BLE signal of the mobile phone, and find the location of the earphones. This is a required permission.
2. Suspended window permissions:
Used for app pop-up to quickly connect headphones, authorization is required to use the quick pop-up connection function.
Storage permissions:
Used to search and connect the Bluetooth of the earphones through the BLE signal of the mobile phone, and find the location of the earphones. This is a required permission.

7、 Effectiveness and Change
This policy will come into effect on January 1, 2024, and your use of our products and services will be deemed as acceptance of the content of this policy. 8、 Account cancellation
You can log out of your account at any time in the personal center of the APP. The log out path is "My" - "Settings" - "Account Management" - "Log out of Account". If you choose to cancel your account, your account information and all associated data will be cleared, and you will not be able to log in and use the functions and services of the app through that account. After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with corresponding app content and delete or anonymize your personal information within 7 working days.
